The CrossFit training method is a high intensity strength and conditioning program developed to offer a full-body workout. It combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics,, and monostructural metabolic conditioning (aka – cardio) to help you reach your full athletic potential.  Training sessions are different everyday and use functional movement patterns to maintain a safe and effective workout.

The Nutrition Plan is a 6 -Week habit-based nutrition coaching program.  It is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”.  Each week, you will receive an email containing the habit and lessons for the week and additional important information towards helping you establish these healthy habits.

Your success in this program depends on the effort, planning, tracking and mindset you put into it.


Training camps and seminars are a great way to learn more about specific elements of the CrossFit training method  Camps and seminars may include: Barbell work for CrossFit, endurance, gymnastics, primal fitness, mobility, flexibility, nutrition, sport specific training methods, training sessions, food and lodging.

To participate, unless otherwise communicated, these camps and seminars are for all fitness levels, though a base level of fitness is recommended.

We believe with the highest quality coaching and direct attention from our CrossFit Certified Coach you are on the right path to reach your goals.  Join one of our small group training session x2 days a week or create your own with a group of friends.


Working with a personal trainer can be very beneficial for reaching your fitness goals. Your workouts will be fully customized with the full professional attention of your coach.   Flexibility in time and schedule is a huge advantage with this option.
