The CrossFit Plan has been developed over 10 years of training and coaching CrossFitters.  Workouts can be done anywhere as long as you have the material needed. Daily planning is designed for the beginner to competing athlete.


Weekly templates include 4 daily warm up and conditioning sessions.


Accessory training templates available for add-on.
