A habit-based nutrition and lifestyle program that develops healthy sustainable changes.  Programs are designed for weight loss, athlete performance, post pregnancy weight loss, and body composition transformation.

EDUCATION

Custom designed training camps /workshops for coaches, trainers, sport teams, athletes, or persons interested in continuing their education in the fields of: CrossFit, Functional Movement, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit Competitions, Wellness, and Nutrition.

Individually, we have worked with thousands of clients from beginners to Elite CrossFit Athletes ultimately allowing us to experience balance and performance within our clients programs.

 

Our priority is to make you stronger, healthier, and live better through the CrossFit training method.  In combination with your training and add-on accessory programs, we want to give you feedback, live videos, daily movement drills, nutrition tips, and support from our coaches through our instagram and facebook groups.

We want our program to be a place where your fitness journey becomes our journey and we are passionate about sharing it with you and the fitness community of Sakartvelo.

The CrossFit Plan

The CrossFit Plan has been developed over 10 years of training and coaching CrossFitters.  Workouts can be done anywhere as long as you have the material needed. Daily planning is designed for the beginner to competing athlete.

Weekly templates include 4 daily warm up and conditioning sessions.

Accessory training templates available for add-on.

The Nutrition Plan

The Nutrition Plan uses a habit based coaching method to create sustainable healthy habits that support your health and fitness goals.  Weight loss, athletic performance, and transformations are a few of our favorite things.

 

 

Weekly templates include 4 daily education, habits + practice, and training template (at home).

The MissFit Plan

The MissFit Plan is designed strictly for the female body.

Individual plans focus on fat loss,building strength, pre/post pregnancy, and body composition transformation.

 

Weekly templates include 4 daily warm up, mobility, skill, conditioning, and accessory sessions..

The Shift Plan

$ 29 / monthly
The Shift Plan has been designed for ultimate transformation.  Individual plans focus on fat loss, building lean muscle mass, body composition transformation.

Weekly templates include 7 daily meal plans based on individual with macro breakdown, and exercise templates.

Camps & Workshops

Training camps and workshops provide an opportunity to learn and practice some of most effective training and coaching principles in the industry.  An, in person, experience offers a unique development opportunity for the athlete. Local and destination venues are available.
